Cooperative marketing – the most powerful tool

If we all work together in promoting the Fine Furnishings Shows, we will all benefit. Sometimes it may not seem like inviting your loyal customers to come to the show makes good marketing sense. What you must remember is that every other exhibitor’s customer is a prospect for you! If every exhibitor promotes the show there will be more customers for everyone.

With that in mind, here are just a few easy ways you can spread the word:

  • Digital postcard: pick it up here and send it to all your friends, neighbors, customers, prospects, vendors, etc. Add a note above or below the card.

  • Enewsletter: Forward each issue to your database with a personal note.

  • Website banner graphics: pick up here and use them as hotlinks on your website. The show site includes a link to every contracted exhibitor’s website, now you can return the favor!

  • Postcards: we pay for the design and production and supply postcards to you for FREE. Please mail them to your list, put them on display in your shop, and hand them out at other shows you participate in.

  • Stickers: If you prefer to use your own postcard or mailer, we will provide free stickers with show logo and basic information.

 

We Swiped This Great Idea

Furniture maker Steve Mackintosh prints up mini product cards for prospects to take away from each show. We liked his idea so much that we are passing it along with his permission. The cards measure just 2.5 by 3.5-inches, but they are packed with essential information such as a photo of the individual piece, its dimensions and materials, his website address, and phone number…everything a customer needs to remember exactly what he fell in love with and who made it.
